The Intermediate Property Book Specialist will independently serve as Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager focusing on demand planning by utilizing statistical program knowledge and skills and use of mathematical models in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) - Provides support to include equipment management, inventory control, property control, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging and transportation. - Operates and updates computerized logistic and supply systems. - Plans, coordinates and conducts equipment use projects. - Develops project plans, outlines procedures and issues and identifies long and short term goals and objectives. - Participates in/leads audit teams to conduct inspections of equipment and operations to ensure compliance with regulations. - Conducts research, gathers data, analyzes and assists in interpreting data and reports. - Coordinates issues pertaining to compliance and corrective actions. - Participates in meetings regarding supply concerns related to the assigned projects and serves as a liaison with other Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs) on matters related to the use of functions.

The Senior Technical Writer/Editor shall serves as an expert in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing Test and Evaluation (T&E) documents that are managed under the Army's Program Executive Office, Command Control Communications - Tactical. - Reviews and analyzes current draft and/or approved versions of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test Plans, Test Reports, and other program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements - Adheres to higher headquarters directives, program impacts due to changes and provides appropriate comments to Program Managers. - Reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements - Coordinates with affected subordinate PMs to execute modification to TEMPs, participates in test and evaluation IPT on behalf of PMs, assists the combat developer in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology. - Responsible for evaluating and balancing user desires against anticipated budget expectations, assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements and provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership.

The Senior Training Developer shall lead a team performing a wide range of complex missions and must have the ability to train students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the particular radio system to the lowest-replaceable units. - Provides guidance and assistance to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements. - Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality and accuracy of work. - Develop and/or revise materials for training courses and conduct training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods. - Prepare lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives and achieve a high standard during all training. - Possess the skills and knowledge to understand instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design, production, policies and procedures which lead to qualification as an instructor.  - Ability to interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams. - Be able to inform students of the complete objective purpose of the lesson while maintaining motivation and interest throughout the entire classroom instruction. - Designs, conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies, related to training and behavioral studies. - Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.

- Provides expert experience in design, architecture, development, implementation, and documentation accomplishment for systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for tactical radio systems. - Participates in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PEO, PM and product office levels. - Maintain the evolving AMCS architecture.
