The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the metrics collected are impactful, and assist in driving sound management decisions. It is preferred that the candidate has a strong background in supporting 24X7 network and security operations, with experience process improvement. Sev1Tech seeks a trainer to provide the initial transfer of knowledge on the operation and maintenance of Software defined, legacy, and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) tactical radio systems through New Equipment Training (NET) in support of PM Tactical Radio (PM TR). The trainer will execute other training activities as required, such as but not limited to Train-the-Trainers efforts testing events.  An Active secret clearance is required for this position. The trainer must have the ability to conduct fluent presentations and hands-on practical exercises.   Primary Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:   - Carry out instructional and trainer functions in support of the Handheld, Manpack & Small-Form Fit (HMS) programs including but not limited to: AN/PRC-148, AN/PRC-158, AN/PRC-162, AN/PRC-163 and future generation of HMS radios and/or systems.  Training of COTS radios, AN/PRC-161, AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-117G and any future COTS radios and/or systems.  - Facilitate and instruct in an effective and efficient manner, both in person and virtually.   - Conduct monthly peer reviews on the effectiveness of training delivery. - Update training mission plans as needed.   - Responsible for classroom setup and maintaining training equipment suites and other duties as assigned. - Coordinates logistics for training events - Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs. - Achieves and maintains Assistant Instructor (AI) and Primary Instructor (PI) Certification and Annual re-certification as stated in the PM TR TPF SOP. - Responsible for classroom setup and maintaining training equipment suites, lift 50 pounds and other duties as assigned.

Sev1Tech, LLC (a large business providing IT modernization, cybersecurity, and engineering services) is seeking a driven Proposal Manager to provide support throughout all phases of the RFP and proposal lifecycle (capture, planning, drafting, submission). The Sr. Proposal Manager will work directly with the VP of Growth and management team at our Woodbridge, VA office.    **This position is onsite that requests 2 days per week in the office, but that is negotiable**   The Sr. Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the full proposal process of government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, Task Order Requests, etc.), and will be tasked with the following to include, but not limited to:   - Lead and manage the proposal process from pre-proposal phase through post-submission. - Collaborate with Business Development/Capture teams to gain understanding of win strategies and ensure proposal responses include business perspective, key messages, value proposition, and differentiators against competition. - Review and analyze draft and final RFPs and related documents to create compliant supporting proposal materials. - Communicate and coach capture teams, writers, and subject matter experts on persuasive writing and proposal best practices. - Produce and review detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, shells, and other documentation (requires skills in Excel, Word, and SharePoint). - Coordinate and conduct proposal meetings/events (e.g., Kickoff Meetings, Daily Standups, Color Team reviews, etc.), including and preparing advance meeting materials and facilitating discussions. - Manage writing assignments and receipt of all proposal materials with authors and teaming partners in accordance with the proposal timeline. - Support strength-based solution reviews and assist Capture teams in developing strength statements. - Monitor all RFP documents, modifications, requirements, and proposal deliverables. - Serves as point of contact for all Prime, Subcontractor, and consultant support members (writers, solution architects, graphic designers, etc.).

The AWS Cloud Engineer is responsible for engineering optimal performance, security, and availability of the customer AWS environment. The incumbent should have technical expertise in the AWS cloud platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience providing Tier III support within a cloud infrastructure environment. The role requires an in-depth understanding of AWS infrastructure management, as well as the ability to work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve any technical issues related to cloud systems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the technology stack and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent should also demonstrate a can-d attitude, proactive and continuous learning, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to both business and IT stakeholders.   This position requires onsite presence at the customer location (Arlington, VA) one day per week.   Responsibilities - Identify and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to the cloud environments within agreed SLAs. - Collaborate with IT and cloud stakeholders in providing technical support, such as incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution. - Design, deploy and maintain AWS and Azure infrastructure and services utilizing Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. - Implement automation to enhance cloud efficiency, performance, and security. - Optimize the cloud architecture per customer requirements while adhering to applicable security and change management regulations and policies. - Monitor and maintain the cloud platform infrastructure and applications, including security monitoring, disaster recovery, pricing, and cost optimization. - Provide expertise to other teams as required for enabling cloud solutions, managing cloud applications, or developing integrations leveraging cloud services and APIs. - Maintain and implement disaster recovery and redundancy strategies for cloud environments, ensuring reliability and data integrity. - Support security incidents or threats, including alerts generated by cloud monitoring or threat intelligence tools, and initiate triage and remediation per procedure.  

Will work within a fast-paced. remote Agile DevOps team contributing and collaborating within your scrum team on a daily basis using Typescript and React on the frontend and Java/Spring Boot on the backend. - Analyze software requirements and provide solutions. - Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. - Provide Full Stack software development support for User Interfaces, REST APIs, Data Access Layers. - Ensure software developed passes and completes stages within the CI pipeline.
