Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Modeling & Simulation Engineering will participate in the following action items:
- Collaborates with the meshONE-T engineering team in the research, creation, modeling, and analysis of meshONE-T prototype designs to quantify the performance and impact of operational concepts, and tactics.

Supporting the Space Warfighting Analysis Center’s (SWAC) Force Design Integration Office (FDIO) in Colorado Springs, CO, with anticipated travel in support of the SWAC’s priorities to create the Chief of Space Operations Force Design, the Force Design Data Transportation SME will identify the integrated suite of capabilities to fulfill the United States Space Force (USSF) imperatives to preserve the United States’ freedom of action in space; enable joint force lethality and effectiveness; and provide independent options in, from, and to space.
As the Force Design Data Transportation SME will support USSF decisions for resourcing, policy development, and operational planning, the Data Transport SME will accomplish the following actions:

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Working under the oversight of the Director and Executive Steering Committee, C&P Transformation, the Contracting & Procurement SME will coordinate and execute C&P initiatives that improve and modernize governance and functional alignment, process and policy, data readiness and workforce development and optimization within each of the six (6) Chief of Contracting (COCO) Office areas of responsibility. As the Network Engineer, your role is to ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of current systems, and support the team as we innovate to create operational success on NextGen requirements.
Reporting to the CGO, the Navy BD Vice President will manage the Navy/Marine Corp Growth Business Unit and will be a key member of the leadership team and will participate in all strategic growth initiatives as it pertains to their key accounts. She/he will focus on expanding Sev1Tech’s Navy/Marine Corp footprint within the National Capital Region and Pax River, MD areas, with specific emphasis on securing new business with the following operational components: NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVWAR, NAVSUP. This person will lead strategic and large-scale, complex, pursuits of $100M and greater.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Navy/Marine Corp Growth Business Unit
- Driving and winning opportunities/pipeline within Navy Systems Commands
- Developing, organizing, and executing client call plans around Sev1Tech’s capabilities. Working with clients to shape acquisition strategies
- Conducting analysis of NAVY/Marine Corp, including industry trends to identify new vehicles, new business, as well as recompetes
- Working with capture resources to develop the overall win strategy
- Developing final win themes, win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators
- Assessing and continually updating competitor capabilities, performs analysis of competitor strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and conducts team gap analysis
- Preparing NDA requests and providing to Contracts/Subcontracts for execution prior to any detailed discussions with outside companies or personnel
- Establishing teams, including subcontractors, and negotiating teaming agreements
- Establishing meaningful teaming selection criteria
- Negotiating team workshare and work lanes
- Preparing teaming/consultant justifications and working with Contracts to ensure compliance with Sev1Tech’s Approved Purchasing System requirements
- Identifying and securing dedicated resources
- Scheduling/facilitating team status meetings (weekly capture calls)
- Establishing/clarifying meaningful roles/responsibilities for team members
- Encouraging positive working relationships among all team members
- Completing B&P requests or updates, as needed, by obtaining an estimate of resources from the Operations or functional organizations
Sev1Tech, LLC is seeking a Project Lead for a small counter-UAS project for a DOD client. The requirement is to field CONUS sites and provide sustainment support once fielded. This project lead will lead a team currently supporting the effort that is comprised of a budget analyst, acquisition analyst, logisticians, and other OPS/LOG personnel. Work will be conducted on a government site within the Alexandria, VA area.
As the Enterprise Architect, you will create enterprise-level strategic business and technology solutions and work with technical specialists to devise and define strategic solutions for our partners mission critical enterprise systems. The Enterprise Architect uses their in-depth knowledge of business applications, applications development methodologies, database principles and techniques, and hardware/software operating systems to collaborate across the partners enterprise at all levels to align the long-term technology and applications strategy with our government partner's long-term IT strategies.
As the Service Desk Manager, candidate with Provide first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems. Includes both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requests. The Service Desk Manger will perform systems administration of desktop systems connected to local and wide area networks. Provide desktop system management/maintenance responsibilities involving account monitoring, account creation, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.
