Sev1Tech is looking for Senior Cyber Security Engineer to play a role on a very large program involving network, cybersecurity, and cloud operations and engineering support services to a government customer with a significant mission for security and public safety.  The program will encompass a wide range of tasks across Program Management; Monitoring, Analysis and Incident Response; Tier 3 Engineering and O&M; and Field Engineering technical support.  Work will be executed in the National Capital Region (Washington D.C.), in Stennis, MS; Chandler, AZ; and other locations in the U.S and occasionally OCONUS.      This Senior Cyber Security Engineer will be a member of a high functioning team supporting cybersecurity countermeasures to strengthen DHS enterprise and HQ networks, to include overseeing and providing strategic and tactical direction with security compliance. Sev1Tech is looking for the Technical Project Manager (Mid-level) to play a role on a very large program involving network, cybersecurity, and cloud operations as well as infrastructure engineering support services to a government customer with a significant mission for security and public safety.    Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide end-to-end leadership from project planning through project closeout, including cost, schedule and risk management, for IT projects within scope of the customers Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) initiative - Identify strategic milestones with customer stakeholders - Create work packages tied to milestones, identify dependencies, and schedule work - Provide technical direction to guide project team execution - Manage critical project dependencies - Communicate project status internally to senior management and externally to customers - Track and manage IT project spend against budgets - Provide technical expertise and data to support customer decision-making on solution alternatives and other investments - Task and oversee Junior Project Managers as needed - Communicate priority staffing needs to senior management - Pro-actively identify issues and risks and escalate to senior management as necessary - Provide data for ad hoc data calls generated internally or by customers - Ensure project team adherence to quality and other standards - Provide internal consulting, technical guidance, information and support to Tier 2 and Tier 3 analysts and engineers

Sev1Tech is looking for the right candidate to play a role on a very large program involving network, cybersecurity, and cloud operations and engineering support services to a government customer with a significant mission for security and public safety.  The program will encompass a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: Program Management; Monitoring, Analysis and Incident Response; Tier 3 Engineering and O&M; Field Engineering technical support; and Cloud operations.   We’re seeking an experienced Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Tier II Infrastructure Administrator to support a 24x7x365 enterprise operations center.  The Tier II NOSC Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for monitoring network dashboards, analyzing problems, troubleshooting escalated incidents, coordinating and reporting all operational information concerning the enterprise infrastructure.     The Tier II NOSC Infrastructure Administrator will serve as an on-duty and on-call technical resource to resolve complex issues and to support staff.     Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide expertise for LAN, WAN, security, systems, and other technologies - Train junior NOSC analysts via knowledge transfer and creation of knowledge articles - Investigate and diagnose network and security incidents to restore failed services as quickly as possible - Lead root cause analyses and suggest resolutions for security and infrastructure problems - Support remote access platforms such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix - Assess and implement Change Requests as needed in accordance with the Change Management process - Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier III or vendor support to coordinate restoration of service and obtain the necessary information for recording/tracking the outage or degradation of service - Keep component NOC and SOC informed about their incident's status at agreed intervals and continuously update incidents as needed. - Notify Government Leads and other stakeholders of high impact/priority failures using the appropriate escalation procedures
