Sev1Tech is seeking detail-oriented and collaborative Software Services Delivery Manager to join our mission in providing best-in-class technology, infrastructure and security support services to businesses in Colorado.   Supporting multiple programs in Colorado, the Software Services Delivery Manager must have software application development and support experience and will be part of a Software Delivery Teams responsible for the following managed services: - Custom developed applications support - Development automation tools and environments support - DevOps and DevSecOps  - Delivery of functional requests for enhancement - Request and Incident management - Problem management - Configuration management - Information Security management - Operations management Job Functions - Lead and manage a team of high-performing individual contributors and contribute to their ongoing talent development - Collaborate and coordinate with multiple clients to ensure the successful delivery of service levels - Analyze production operations and initiate corrective actions to ensure operational stability - Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of managed services delivery - Initiate and establish quality standards for the software development teams - Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success - Supervise request fulfilment, incident management, change management and problem management in line with ITIL 4.0 concepts - Ensure on-call support and weekend maintenance duties as required - Work with other client cross-functional teams to provide seamless Service Delivery - Escalate to internal Sev1Tech technical experts when assistance is needed - Participate in operations and service delivery continuous improvement activities - Supervise knowledge management and document management activities - 150k DOE
