Customer: DHS Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)   The Tier IIMicrosoft Intune Mobility Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Intune mobility platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and ensuring the smooth operation of mobile devices and applications. The ideal candidate has working experience in supporting Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and MDM solutions at large scale Enterprise customers with proven delivery in supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Intune or equivalent MDM systems. The Tier II Mobility Engineer supports the Solution Architect with design and implementation tasks and addresses client queries and resolve mobile device related issues over the phone. Sev1Tech is seeking a Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Shift Lead, assisting in the monitoring, detection, analysis, mitigation, and response to threats and adversarial activity. The DHS NOSC Lead has primary responsibility for monitoring and responding to security events and incidents detected at the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) and is responsible for directing and coordinating detection and response activities performed by each Component SOC.    The Monitoring and Analysis team provides 24x7 support across 4 different shifts. We have front half shifts (day and night) and back half shifts (day and night). The front half shift will work 12-hour shifts from Sunday – Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays. The back half shift will work 12-hour shifts from Thursday – Saturday and alternating Wednesdays. Candidates must have the ability to work non-core hours, if necessary.    Duties include network security monitoring and detection, pro-actively searching for threats, inspecting traffic for anomalies and new malware patterns, investigating and analyzing logs, providing analysis and response to alerts, and documenting activity in NOSC investigations and Security Event Notifications (SENs).    Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Supervise and manage a small team of Cyber Network Defense Analysts (CNDAs) within the NOSC in support of the government customer  - Manage and conduct hands-on technical detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and remediation as a member of the Incident Response team  - Guide and mentor peers and subordinates to provide cross training  - Ensure accountability and punctuality of security analysts assigned to your shift  - Capture cybersecurity metrics that support executive-level briefings (daily, weekly, monthly)  - Articulate daily challenges to the Government Watch Officer (GWO)  - Analyze web and host logs for indications of compromise  - Re-mediate and coordinate the remediation of infected or compromised devices  - Ensure shift continuity during call-outs and emergencies  - Compile incident reports, executive summaries, and analysis reports of intrusions and/or security events  - Document and update processes, workflows, and technical guides  - Perform simple firewall rule changes (after training)

Sev1Tech is seeking a Provisioner to provide guidance to defense contractors in the preparation of Logistics Management Information (LMI) contract deliverables. The LMI data will be used to identify, select, catalog and determine support material requirements, in the development of the Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning and Pre-Procurement Screening, Repair Parts Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs) and Design Change Notifications (DCNs). The candidates will review, analyze and approve contract deliverables, load and manage processes in to the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to assign National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and perform all aspects of initial provisioning and NSN file maintenance actions. The candidate will also oversee defense contractors in their preparation to provide support for modifications, reviews, and updates to any of the above existing lists. Position requires an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting individual who can work both, independently and in a team-oriented environment. The Provisioner would be responsible for: - Develop Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Sow of Work (SOW) for the development of Logistics Management Information (LMI). - Extensive knowledge of Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning and Pre-Procurement Screening, Repair Parts Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs), and Design Chance Notice (DCN). - Direct and provide guidance to defense contractors regarding Provisioning, RPSTL, Screening, and EDFP. This is an operational shift position dedicated to the support of the Network Operations Center for the administration, and management of the United States Space Force (USSF) meshONE-T network.    Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the NOC Technician II will accomplish the following:   - Ensures all NOC objectives are delivered by the team with maintained confidentiality to the highest standard via protocol, self-initiative, and proper management and guidance of two NOC I technicians - Perform continuous monitoring of systems via various tools, responding with appropriate actions to system alarm signals - Monitors for breaches of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Pursues first call resolution and reviews Service Center tickets for approval - Resolves problems between various functional areas to increase network availability to the Mission Partners - Reviews tickets and performs follow ups with internal functional areas and/or Mission Partners on the resolution of network incidents - Responsible for the creation of reports for measuring network utilization while performing traffic analysis, monitoring response times, and performing capacity and trend analysis - Confidently multi-tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Communicates at a high level in both verbal and written form - Performs other duties as required. - Salary: 85k to 100k  Position Details: - Position is a rotational shift work position dedicated to supporting 24x7 NOC operations - Position is currently located at the Colorado Springs, CO Sev1Tech office, with an anticipated transition to Schriever SFB, CO - Some travel throughout the Colorado Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Boulder) is expected - Less than 10% travel out of State - Clearance: Must be eligible for US TS/SCI clearance
