Customer: DHS Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)   The Tier IIMicrosoft Intune Mobility Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Intune mobility platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and ensuring the smooth operation of mobile devices and applications. The ideal candidate has working experience in supporting Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and MDM solutions at large scale Enterprise customers with proven delivery in supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Intune or equivalent MDM systems. Sev1Tech is seeking a Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Shift Lead, assisting in the monitoring, detection, analysis, mitigation, and response to threats and adversarial activity. The DHS NOSC Lead has primary responsibility for monitoring and responding to security events and incidents detected at the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) and is responsible for directing and coordinating detection and response activities performed by each Component SOC.    The Monitoring and Analysis team provides 24x7 support across 4 different shifts. We have front half shifts (day and night) and back half shifts (day and night). The front half shift will work 12-hour shifts from Sunday – Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays. The back half shift will work 12-hour shifts from Thursday – Saturday and alternating Wednesdays. The LMI data will be used to identify, select, catalog and determine support material requirements, in the development of the Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning and Pre-Procurement Screening, Repair Parts Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs) and Design Change Notifications (DCNs). The candidates will review, analyze and approve contract deliverables, load and manage processes in to the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to assign National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and perform all aspects of initial provisioning and NSN file maintenance actions. The candidate will also oversee defense contractors in their preparation to provide support for modifications, reviews, and updates to any of the above existing lists. Position requires an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting individual who can work both, independently and in a team-oriented environment. NSN file maintenance actions and required forms (i.e. DD1685, JLC-19, JLC-17, DD61, JLC-47). - Experienced at coordinating with other Services and agencies in the performance of provisioning and RPSTL actions. - Be able to gather facts, develop conclusions and exercise technical leadership to obtain agreements between various functional areas to avoid IMS slippage and expedite provisioning and supply support inquiries and actions. - Knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) processes, Design Change Notices (DCN), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), whether formal or informal, and ability to evaluate their impact to logistics documentation (e.g. PPL, RPSTL, NSN). - Knowledge of NSN Interchangeability and Substitutability (I&S) and analysis of impact to the logistics documentation and Supply Support. - Identifies, evaluates and develops procedures to meet business objectives. Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced individual to fill the position of Network Operations Center Technician II. This is an operational shift position dedicated to the support of the Network Operations Center for the administration, and management of the United States Space Force (USSF) meshONE-T network.    Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the NOC Technician II will accomplish the following:   - Ensures all NOC objectives are delivered by the team with maintained confidentiality to the highest standard via protocol, self-initiative, and proper management and guidance of two NOC I technicians - Perform continuous monitoring of systems via various tools, responding with appropriate actions to system alarm signals - Monitors for breaches of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Pursues first call resolution and reviews Service Center tickets for approval - Resolves problems between various functional areas to increase network availability to the Mission Partners - Reviews tickets and performs follow ups with internal functional areas and/or Mission Partners on the resolution of network incidents - Responsible for the creation of reports for measuring network utilization while performing traffic analysis, monitoring response times, and performing capacity and trend analysis - Confidently multi-tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Communicates at a high level in both verbal and written form - Performs other duties as required. - Salary: 85k to 100k  Position Details: - Position is a rotational shift work position dedicated to supporting 24x7 NOC operations - Position is currently located at the Colorado Springs, CO Sev1Tech office, with an anticipated transition to Schriever SFB, CO - Some travel throughout the Colorado Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Boulder) is expected - Less than 10% travel out of State - Clearance: Must be eligible for US TS/SCI clearance
