BPA Program Manager

Sev1Tech is looking for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Program Manager who would have primary accountability for all Sev1Tech contract performance, serving as main point of contact for OIT leadership. In this role, the BPA Program Manager will accomplish the following though not limited to:

• Aligns team solutions with OIT mission and business priorities and the OIT vision for ECIS
• Ensures proper allocation of Sev1Tech as well as teaming partner resources to meet commitments as well as unanticipated OIT priority needs across BPA Task Orders
• Makes sure roles and responsibilities for ECIS delivery teams are clearly documented and understood both by the teams and by OIT
• Assists senior OIT leadership in developing critical strategic artifacts and in responding to top priority ad hoc data calls
• Informs all staff of key CBP developments affecting ECIS
• Reports progress and risks to OIT leadership as well as Sev1Tech corporate leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred; any subject area is acceptable
• At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience in federal IT contracting
• Not less than seven (7) years of experience managing IT contracts including those with Cloud migrations, establishment of new cloud services, provisioning, and integrations
• Demonstrated record leading IT modernization programs with measurable outcomes
• Ability to satisfy the shifting needs of senior customer leadership, including needs for data quickly
• Hands-on experience delivering large programs and multiple BPA tasks orders
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, working with customers at multiple levels as well as other contractor teams
• Experience leading federal customers through major changes
• Risk Management expertise
• Schedule Management expertise
• Communications Management expertise
• Experience delivering comprehensive, high quality Monthly Reports to multiple customers
• Experience supporting customer Governance processes
• Experience developing SELC/SDLC Artifacts
• DHS contract experience is a plus
• Knowledge of DHS CBP infrastructure and cloud environments is a plus, as is experience working with Application Development teams
• PMP certification
• Clearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance or higher; Public Trust clearance with Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) or Customs & Border Protection (CBP) preferred

• Knowledge of current and emerging XaaS offerings is desired
• DHS CBP contract experience
• ITIL Certification
