The Program Analyst IV will work to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) providing IT core management components and service areas, including cross-cutting services that support the government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global NOAA IT needs.    Program Analyst IV must be able to support the following responsibilities: - Oversee and manage large-scale IT projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will lead the efforts to establish a pipeline execution plan to maximize our performance and quality with the right automations and efficiencies for our IT modernization efforts. The right candidate will be working with our program’s Enterprise Architect, developers, engineers, operations, and integration teams to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance on a mission-critical program.   *This position can be performed remotely; however, travel to customer site in Mechanicsburg PA will be required every 10 weeks for PI planning.   As the Lead Pipeline/DevSecOps Engineer, you will interface with the Enterprise Architect to assist in the strategy, design, development, and maintenance of pipelines and develop methods to monitor our Kubernetes cloud targeted development, test/staging, and production environments. Software Test Engineer for applications and systems software as a member of the Test and Evaluation team. Will be responsible for supporting, planning, coordinating, and executing verification, validation and testing of application and systems software.
