The Intermediate Graphics Specialist is responsible for independently preparing briefings, displays, brochures, and other related material for use by the Program Executive Office in presentations and demonstrations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Reviews and synchronizes briefings and other materials that are developed by subordinate agencies to produce a cohesive Program briefing
- Reviews inputs for consistency of theme, style, and format and make necessary changes to ensure briefings are consistent with the Programs’s standards and requirements
- Provides support for the preparation of appropriate literature and the staffing of Visitors Bureaus when required for the support of major exercises and demonstrations.
- Produces graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, presentations, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets, such as, websites and CD-ROMs.
- Generates, manipulates, and integrates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video generated with automated tools into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.
The Intermediate Information Technology Specialist independently provides IT support to an entire organization or major components of an organization and assesses and implements IT policy to govern IT activities, provides IT policy guidance to management, staff, and customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develops business cases and performs knowledge management and information assurance.
- Provides analysis and evaluation of information technology matters and recommends initiation and development of IT projects.
- Supports projects entailing the full scope of information systems management for the Command.
- Performs information technology tasks throughout the Command by reviewing, analyzing, and validating electronic business operation tools, implementing IT resources (hardware/software), website design, database development, and other business systems integration initiatives.
- Interfaces with higher headquarters, other Command sites, and business centers throughout the command to facilitate procurement information systems technology implementation within the Command.
- Duties require the application of information technology policies, principles, and practices in the delivering IT technical services throughout the Command.
- Serves as an Information Management Officer and Telephone Control Officer to represent the organization’s interest to the service provider.
The Journeyman Operations Support Specialist performs a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties in support of the organization. A successful Journeyman Operations Support Specialist will manage staffing and track internal and external suspenses and correspondence with designated functional areas of the organization. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Possess knowledge which includes planning, risk management, and program analysis.
- Tracks and ensures responses to all tasks received across the organization.
- Possess a working knowledge of the planning process and project management.
- Assists in the definition of and documentation of processes into standard operating procedures or other written procedures.
- Initiates, develops, revises, recommends, and ensures implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives under guidance of senior staff.
- Identifies existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommends corrective action.
- Advises and assists higher-level staff pertaining to assigned program, briefing preparation, and objectives.
- Collaborates internally and externally and provides advice and support to the organization leadership, staff, and program managers on any assigned programs/projects for stakeholder engagements, briefings, reports, etc.
The Intermediate Program Analyst performs extensive coordination with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supports planning, evaluation, reviewing, and prioritizing of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs.
- Supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions, as well as the cost analysis and other cost and contractor performance measurement functions for assigned programs.
- Applies independent expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.
- Independently selects methods, plans and coordinates the details, and carries work through to its conclusion with minimal guidance.
- Prepares, coordinates and/or reviews the preparation of portions of written plans, schedules and milestones for accomplishing goals.
- Prepares Department of Defense programmatic reporting requirements, acquisition documentation, milestone decision documentation, and spend plan management.
The Intermediate Program Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative, business and operational functions necessary to run a government program(s) efficiently. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Reviews individual project progress, measure performance and recommend corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost as well as overall program accomplishments.
- Analyzes project milestones and budgets.
- Documents and provides results of specific business process re-engineering initiatives and alternative action proposals.
- Monitors individual project objectives, milestones, and budgets within the overall program objectives.
- Prepares correspondence relevant to projects/programs.
The Intermediate Property Book Specialist will independently serve as Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager focusing on demand planning by utilizing statistical program knowledge and skills and use of mathematical models in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provides support to include equipment management, inventory control, property control, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging and transportation.
- Operates and updates computerized logistic and supply systems.
- Plans, coordinates and conducts equipment use projects.
- Develops project plans, outlines procedures and issues and identifies long and short term goals and objectives.
- Participates in/leads audit teams to conduct inspections of equipment and operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conducts research, gathers data, analyzes and assists in interpreting data and reports.
- Coordinates issues pertaining to compliance and corrective actions.
- Participates in meetings regarding supply concerns related to the assigned projects and serves as a liaison with other Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs) on matters related to the use of functions.
The Senior Systems Engineer shall lead a team performing a wide range of complex systems engineering services to ensure the PEO C3T is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Capabilities analysis
- Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts
- Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
- System and/or software integration, platform integration
- Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems
- Technical or operational testing
- Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities
- General systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services
- Configuration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings
- Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solution
The Senior Technical Writer/Editor shall serves as an expert in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing Test and Evaluation (T&E) documents that are managed under the Army's Program Executive Office, Command Control Communications - Tactical.
- Reviews and analyzes current draft and/or approved versions of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test Plans, Test Reports, and other program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements
- Adheres to higher headquarters directives, program impacts due to changes and provides appropriate comments to Program Managers.
- Reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements
- Coordinates with affected subordinate PMs to execute modification to TEMPs, participates in test and evaluation IPT on behalf of PMs, assists the combat developer in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology.
- Responsible for evaluating and balancing user desires against anticipated budget expectations, assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements and provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership.
The Senior Training Developer shall lead a team performing a wide range of complex missions and must have the ability to train students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the particular radio system to the lowest-replaceable units.
- Provides guidance and assistance to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
- Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality and accuracy of work.
- Develop and/or revise materials for training courses and conduct training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives and achieve a high standard during all training.
- Possess the skills and knowledge to understand instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design, production, policies and procedures which lead to qualification as an instructor.
- Ability to interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Be able to inform students of the complete objective purpose of the lesson while maintaining motivation and interest throughout the entire classroom instruction.
- Designs, conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies, related to training and behavioral studies.
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
The Senior Cost and Price Analyst responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Performs a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
- Develop or evaluate cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches.
- Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems and works with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review.
- Serves as Working Leader to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
- Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality, accuracy of work.
- Coordinate work efforts with Contract Officer Representative and serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements
The Senior Lead Systems Engineer shall lead a team performing a wide range of complex systems engineering services to ensure the PEO C3T is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Capabilities analysis

The Senior Software Engineer shall perform a wide range of complex systems engineering services to ensure the PEO C3T is compliant with Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Provides expert experience in design, architecture, development, implementation, and documentation accomplishment for systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for tactical radio systems.
- Participates in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PEO, PM and product office levels.
- Maintain the evolving AMCS architecture. Coordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.
- Apply expert technical knowledge in software architecture and capabilities in support of transformation of the Army initiatives and the fielding of digitized information infrastructures to the active and reserve components, including: analysis of user requirements, preparation of plans and associated documentation, conducting test and demonstration events, multi-organization coordination, performing risk assessments, and executing similar activities relevant to systems engineering and integration.
