Performs program review and analysis for Product Manager (PdM), Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2) weapon systems. Primarily serve as an analyst to management on the evaluation of the program's effectiveness and operations regarding its productivity and efficiency. Requires an understanding of government budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to near term and long-range planning of the program and objectives. Analyzes project milestones and budgets. Activities include leading or participating in special projects, acquisition reporting to higher authority, routine and special project office reporting, preparation of high-level documents and reports, milestone documentation oversight and tracking. Reviews individual project progress, measuring performance and recommends corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost and overall program accomplishments. Monitors individual project objectives, milestones, and budgets within the overall program objectives. Requires skill in application of fact-finding and investigative techniques; oral and written communications; and development of presentations and reports. Prepares correspondence relevant to projects/programs.
The position is aboard APG with an expectation of 2-3 days a week in the office.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with the PdM M2S2 Product Office Leadership and external stakeholders as directed and required.
