Sev1Tech is looking for an Infrastructure as Code DevSecOps Engineer to support our federal customer's infrastructure-agnostic platform to support the DoD’s vast infrastructure options (including Government clouds, on premise, disconnected and classified environments). The Infrastructure as Code DevSecOps Engineer will have the ability to deploy a DevSecOps platform (CNCF Kubernetes-compliant) with accredited and secured hardened containers built from the DoD Centralized Artifacts Repository to support the DoD’s ability to field operational capabilities faster.   Role responsibilities: - Maintain and support the DevSecOps stack across multiple security classifications. - Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) to on-board and support a variety of platform teams across the DoD onto various Kubernetes distributions (Kubernetes upstream, Rancher, OpenShift, VMWare Tanzu, etc.) for commercial cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid, intermitted-connected, and disconnected environments, both classified and unclassified, in collaboration with the various companies that created the Kubernetes distributions. - Leverage and develop IaC/CaC to be fully cloud, on-premise, and edge agnostic leveraging technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm and Kubernetes Operators and/or similar. - Enhance the cybersecurity and the code security process of the Platform One stack across all classified and unclassified environments. - Develop necessary IaC/CaC changes to allow for the automated deployment  into the Cloud and other commercial and Government cloud tech stacks.

The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security (CISA) mission is to lead the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation’s physical and cyber infrastructure.  CISA includes the CISA Mission Enabling Offices (MEOs) and six Divisions: the Cybersecurity Division (CSD), the Emergency Communications Division (ECD), the Integrated Operations Division (IOD), Infrastructure Security Division (ISD), the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED), as well as, the National Risk Management Center (NRMC), which are headquartered within the National Capital Region (NCR).     CISA’s information technology (IT) landscape has historically produced networks and systems individually managed and maintained within each of its Divisions as well as its MEOs.  This task order is to provide Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (EEOSS) to CISA/OCIO to establish enterprise IT capabilities. These enterprise IT capabilities shall support CISA’s ability to continue establishing a modern IT infrastructure; engaging in various initiatives to evaluate and implement emerging technologies; migrating to the cloud; supporting mobility and collaboration platforms; and continually improving the performance, security, and availability of enterprise IT services.   Working with an enterprise network architecture, engineering, and implementation team supporting our Federal customer, the Help Desk Technician supporting Operations and Maintenance Support projects related to system administration; network management, system hosting and access; information assurance management; certification and accreditation support; software patches and upgrades; configuration management; user management and support; backup and recovery; and network and performance monitoring.   This position requires 5 days on site in Arlington, VA. Sev1Tech is seeking an Engineering Lead to support the Navy in Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) software engineering, systems engineering, enterprise cybersecurity implementations and operations, advanced technology, and project management services.   Tasking includes: - Support for life-cycle sustainment, corrective maintenance, OT-specific hardware management, network infrastructure, configuration management, security authorization, reporting, and policy and process development for communications and computer systems. - Software engineering support for the analysis, design, development, integration, installation, testing, documentation, and life-cycle support of new and upgraded software to support a specific government requirement. - Provide expertise in supporting and complying with enterprise initiatives to include technology rationalization, optimization, modernization and cost reduction; data delivery, management and consolidation; and cloud technology adoption initiatives to include Infrastructure, Platform and Software as a Service. - The contractor shall provide expertise in supporting and complying with centrally managed team-integrated and enterprise processes.
