We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Army Tactical Radios Regional Support Trainer to join our team based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and technical support to military personnel stationed in the region, enabling them to effectively utilize and maintain our tactical radio systems. The selected candidate will assist the local Product Manager Tacitical Radio Field Support Technicians with troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of Tactical Radio equipment.  The candidates will be used to offset standard NET team missions as needed. The position requires an active Secret clearance. - Conduct hands-on training sessions for army units and personnel on the operation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tactical radio systems. - Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and operational requirements of army units stationed in the region, ensuring optimal utilization of tactical radio assets in mission-critical scenarios. - Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and providing expert guidance on tactical radio operations and maintenance, both in the field and remotely. - Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback. Prepare comprehensive reports to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.   - Foster strong relationships with army units, commanders, and other stakeholders, providing ongoing support and technical expertise to ensure mission success and operational readiness. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to address customer needs, gather feedback, and contribute to the enhancement of our tactical radio solutions. - Achieves and maintains Assistant Instructor (AI) and Primary Instructor (PI) Certification and Annual re-certification as stated in the PM TR TPF SOP. - Attend the level 2 training certificate to gain radio and maintenance troubleshooting skills.

The trainer will execute other training activities as required, such as but not limited to Train-the-Trainers efforts testing events.  An Active secret clearance is required for this position. The trainer must have the ability to conduct fluent presentations and hands-on practical exercises.   Primary Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:     - Carry out instructional and trainer functions in support of the Handheld, Manpack & Small-Form Fit (HMS) programs including but not limited to: AN/PRC-148, AN/PRC-158, AN/PRC-162, AN/PRC-163 and future generation of HMS radios and/or systems.  Training of COTS radios, AN/PRC-161, AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-117G and any future COTS radios and/or systems.  - Facilitate and instruct in an effective and efficient manner, both in person and virtually.   - Conduct monthly peer reviews on the effectiveness of training delivery. - Update training mission plans as needed.   - Responsible for classroom setup and maintaining training equipment suites and other duties as assigned. - Coordinates logistics for training events - Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs. - Achieves and maintains Assistant Instructor (AI) and Primary Instructor (PI) Certification and Annual re-certification as stated in the PM TR TPF SOP. - Responsible for classroom setup and maintaining training equipment suites, lift 50 pounds and other duties as assigned

Providing mission cyber security support for HQ Space Operations Command (SpOC) at Peterson SFB in analytical cyber security assessments and recommendations to include analysis and technical assessments.    The Cyber Analyst, Journeyman applies expertise and work experience executing cyber risk assessments to perform duties assigned by the Security Control Assessor (SCA) for Space mission systems. In this role, the Cyber Analyst, Journeyman will accomplish the following though are not limited to: - Provide recommendations to Division leadership on processes and methodologies to assess cybersecurity risk on information technology within the SCA’s appointed authorization boundary. - Works with other Cyber Risk Analysts, SMEs, and SCARs to ensure that all cybersecurity analysis and cybersecurity risk assessments are completed with time and quality standards established by Division leadership and Task Lead - Determine system vulnerabilities and residual risk based on analysis of technical artifacts, interviews, and evaluation of current system state. - Evaluate effectiveness of proposed mitigations. As the Contracts Manager you will be primarily responsible for administering and managing a wide variety of contracts related to the company, including government and commercial contracts. In the government sector, Contracts Manager positions generally require a strong foundation of specialized skills and knowledge, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement to protect the company’s interests. This position will require knowledge about the industry as well as details and potential benefits of all contract types.   Duties and Responsibilities include:   - Manages contract workflow from award to closeout for prime contracts as well as subcontracts across several government agencies. - Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different duties and contracts responsibilities covering a range of transactions within the government contracting arena. Sev1Tech is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist / Technical Writer for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) to provide technical expertise on a mission-critical program whose purpose is to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, and maintain services for OIS mission critical systems.   Customer is based in Mechanicsburg, PA, and Yorktown, VA, so working hours are EST. This can be a remote position but must be within CONUS.   Your role will be split 50/50 between Knowledge Management and Technical Writing tasks. You will provide knowledge management, process improvement expertise, and technical writing support. Sev1Tech is looking for a Lead Pipeline/DevSecOps Engineer to support the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) program based in Mechanicsburg, PA, as they modernize their legacy IT systems. In this role, you will lead the efforts to establish a pipeline execution plan to maximize our performance and quality with the right automations and efficiencies for our IT modernization efforts. The right candidate will be working with our program’s Enterprise Architect, developers, engineers, operations, and integration teams to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance on a mission-critical program.   *This position can be performed remotely; however, travel to customer site in Mechanicsburg PA will be required every 10 weeks for PI planning.   As the Lead Pipeline/DevSecOps Engineer, you will interface with the Enterprise Architect to assist in the strategy, design, development, and maintenance of pipelines and develop methods to monitor our Kubernetes cloud targeted development, test/staging, and production environments. You are focused on automation and are passionate about creating best in class tooling for our Developers, Integration, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is a joint user of LOG IT capabilities and is part of the program requirements. LOG IT enables essential business operations for various capability groups. Software Test Engineer for applications and systems software as a member of the Test and Evaluation team. Will be responsible for supporting, planning, coordinating, and executing verification, validation and testing of application and systems software. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is a joint user of LOG IT capabilities and is part of the program requirements. LOG IT enables essential business operations for various capability groups.   This role will support the delivery of the following to the LOG IT Portfolio: the integration of common capabilities, data, and support services, improvement of service performance and reduction of operational costs through the reduction/elimination/automation of duplicative services, capabilities, and data sets, and an Integrated Platform and DevSecOps Pipeline, and Continuous Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS).   *Position can be remote; travel 10-20% as needed by client   Reporting to the Chief Architect, the MBSE Modeling Engineer will participate in the following action items: - Use Model Based Systems Engineering to create and maintain system requirements and network engineering artifacts - Develop MBSE approaches in the areas of systems, telecommunications / networking, information systems, software systems design and cyber security, and other domains - Implement current processes and methodologies being utilized on programs for the development of program level data threads and system models - Develop the architecture for integrated systems and test model - Oversee all modeling activities, set run rules for model development - Create traceability for complex electronic systems requirements - Perform trade studies on a variety of system issues and components - Present results during internal and external program meetings - Performs other duties as required

The Systems Engineer is a general technologist able to support the idenfication and evaluation of technologies to deliver on functional and business requirements aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.   Providing technical support for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific technology solutions to include requirements elicitation, analysis, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessments.   Primary Responsibilities:   The Systems Engineer plays a key role in the Enterprise Architecture team with primary focus on the Emergency Communicstions Division assigned portfolio.  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and assess existing systems and infrastructure. - Design comprehensive migration plans tailored to specific platform requirements and business needs. - Evaluate and select appropriate cloud service providers and migration tools based on technical capabilities and cost considerations. - Develop scripts, automation tools, and methodologies to streamline migration processes and ensure data integrity. - Perform pre-migration assessments, including workload analysis, dependency mapping, and risk assessment. - Execute migration activities according to established timelines, closely monitoring progress and addressing any issues or deviations. - Conduct post-migration validation to verify system functionality, performance, and security compliance. - Document migration processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference. - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams during the migration process, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to cloud migration and system integration.
