The Intermediate Cost and Price Analyst responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
- Develop or evaluate cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches.
- Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems.
- Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review.

The Contractor shall maintain documentation of all requests and approvals in accordance with AR 25-400-2, ARIMS, to include monthly IA Control validations, artifact gathering, RMF Implementation Plans (DIP), Risk Management Framework for DoD Information Technology (IT) DoD Instruction 8510.01 and all accreditation efforts.
- Review connection requests and provide recommendations in accordance with CENTCOM Connection Approval Process for approval. The Contractor shall maintain documentation of these requests and approvals. The Contractor shall prepare DISA cap package for Defense Switched Network (DSN)/Voice system for Government review and approval.
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity personnel both within, and outside of, the Southwest Theater of Operations to ensure network diagrams are updated and current for VOICE and DATA networks within AOR.
- Maintain status of and provide recommendations based on the current network architecture and engineering revisions of global MPLS and Joint Regional Security Stacks (JRSS) networks. Maintain System Network Approval Process (SNAP), perform data entry and run inquiries for Information Systems Security Program (ISSP), Army Portfolio Management System (APMS) accounts, enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Enterprise Reporting Service (ERS) and perform tasks as required.

Assisting with receiving and issuance of supplies and materials, as well as other equipment or repair parts required for each supported unit, the Supply Support Technician maintains and updates a Mission Stock Record Account (MSRA) for each Battalion in accordance with standard Army accountability procedures.
In this role OCONUS role, the Supply Support Technical follows the Government PBO by maintaining the property book using GCSS-A and accomplishes the following tasks:
- Support the Government in maintaining accountability by establishing an audit trail for all supplies and materials, as well as other associated items received until issued to the gaining activity.
- Use the Army Electronic Product System (AEPS), Department of Defense Electronic Mall (DoD E-MALL), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Customer Resources Requisitioning, and the Army supply system to order materials and parts.

- Responsible for daily reconciliations are performed against the Commander’s hand receipt and ensure that no assets are left on the Commanders hand receipt.

- Execute product problem knowledge capture, V&V, tracking and resolution of issues noted in lab and field-based environments and evaluate Problem Reports correctly based on impacts and requirements, and, streamline overarching processes and merge test/fielding efforts as outlined in established CM processes

- Understand asset management, incident management and workflows and create workflows as necessary to confirm Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities follow the established CM process.
- Leverage working knowledge and understanding of Waterfall and Agile processes, participate in sprints, understand backlogs and handle in accordance with the Defense Acquisition System lifecycle.
- Prepare, coordinate and lead engineering review boards and configuration control boards within Product Manager Waveforms and participate in PM Tactical Radios boards
- Communicate configuration management and software program management issues/risk/topics across multiple PMs, PEO, and executive levels.
- Interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders and serve as a configuration expert for specific battle-ready tactical components and GOTS & COTS configurations
- Create, maintain, and populate a document repository to ensure key personnel have access to the most up-to-date information.
- Keep system of system documents current and establish a timeline of how often documents should be revised and ensure the following documents are current Configuration Management Plan (CMP): System Engineering Plan (SEP), Security Classification Guide (SCG) and Program Protection Plan (PPP) to ensure vendors Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL’s), Statements of Work (SOW) and CMP processes are aligned.
- Participate in the Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team and other technical forums at the PEO and subordinate agency level by providing software system engineering inputs for HW, SW, and data products.

Provide 3 CTS subject matter expertise, continuity, and support training of offensive and defensive space electronic warfare mission areas. The instructor develops training materials and provides space control and electronic warfare training. SCT and SEW training includes 5 separate courses and over 50 classes annually.
Serving as the primary representative responsible for all SCT activities, the Space Control Trainer will provide the 3 CTS Flight subject matter expertise (SME), continuity and support training of offensive and defensive space electronic warfare mission areas. In this role, the Space Control Training Specialist will accomplish the following:
- Develop, validate, standardize, and review training products to include lessons plans, scripts, visual aids, and input cards.
- Coordinate with Headquarters, United States Space Force (HQ USSF), Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM), 216th Space Control Squadron (SPCS), 16 SPCS, 4 SPCS, 114 SPCS, 138 SPCS, 233 Space Group-Det 1, 380 SPCS, Space Delta 3 (DEL 3) or other agencies within the space control enterprise, as required to enhance teaching materials.
- Attend and complete Electromagnetic Warfare Operator Course (EWOC), Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Fundamentals, both Signal Management Subsystem (SMS) and Signal Processing Suite (SPS) or Bounty Hunter (BH) Mission Qualification Training no later than six (6) months from the start of the contract.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the Infrastructure team with primary focus on the assigned portfolio.
- Work closely with the customer Product Owner on the program and assist in development of system engineering documentation for the portfolio applications, such as system requirements, capabilities, and interface control documents, using Azure DevOps and other Collaboration and Architecture Tools.
- Serve as the principle IT engineer to provide engineering expertise and guidance for the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of IT solutions that enhance overall system performance and availability.
- Assist in development of agile methodology (SAFe, Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, Kanban, DevSecOps). This includes backlog structure and management, governance/change control, and other key processes leads the execution at the portfolio level.
- Conduct engineering system development tasks including system requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary design, critical design, system integration, formal verification, and formal validation.
