Entarian is seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to ERT’s top executives. Will act as a gatekeeper and business partner by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing confidential communications and presentations, overseeing projects, and serving as a liaison with board members and senior staff, all while maintaining discretion and operating proactively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - 90,000/year.
This position will be on site at ERT’s corporate office in Tysons Corner Monday – Thursday. Friday may be worked remotely or in office as desired.
5+ years of related experience required working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
Ability to anticipate needs, offer solutions, and align efforts with business goals.
Superior time management, planning, and follow-through.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; Ability to write and edit a variety of internal and external communications
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
