1. Minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors
2. Implement platforms that orchestrate work-flows for end-to-end task execution
3. Utilize AI as well as predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self-healing processes to reduce downtime and improve system resilience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in backup administration support for large scale environments specifically including:
  • 10 years’ experience installing and configuring backups
  • Working knowledge of advanced backup tools
  • 10 years’ experience writing scripts with a scripting language
  • Familiarity with DevOps and ITIL processes
  • Familiarity with on-premise or Cloud to Cloud backup migrations
  • Working knowledge of data base backup and restore on NetBackup, Backup Exec, and VEEAM
