The Program Analyst IV will work to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) providing IT core management components and service areas, including cross-cutting services that support the government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global NOAA IT needs.
Program Analyst IV must be able to support the following responsibilities:
- Must be able to work independently and lead teams to execute against sets of procedures and be able to lift 50 pounds |
- Must have very good attention to detail and excellent communication skills |
- Must have 3 plus years experience with property/inventory management and associated software used to track accountable prop |
- Experience with Sunflower Property management software is a plus but not required |
- Requires a knowledge of one or more elements or parts of a supply system, or of supply methods, policies, or procedures |
Eligibility/Clearance Requirements: Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship and is able to be cleared at the Public Trust Level
