Systems Engineer II

Energize the Element Digital Model (EDM) by defining dynamic hardware and software connections between elements, components, and subsystems.

• Assess contractor designs for alignment with our vision and Interface Description Documents (IDDs) and Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Develop and maintain project Element IDD/ICD modules in the EDM with design analyses, compliance assessments, and Traceability Baseline Reviews (TBR) and Traceability Baseline Definition (TBD) plans.
• Collaborate with the Government to create IDDs/ICDs for interfaces, guided by Internal and External Interface Requirements Specifications.
• Be the architect of excitement in crafting the Element Engagement Parameters Design Document on the Integrated Digital Design Environment (IDDE). Capture design constraints among project components.
• In the Element Digital Model, create a model view illustrating requirements allocation within the project design.
• Lead dynamic project Element Interface Control Working Groups, ensuring interface control processes resonate with innovation. Amplify our collaborative impact!

• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret US Security clearance required to start 
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
• 1-3 years of experience in engineering analysis, IDDE, and/or digital modeling
  
• Experience with Cameo, DOORS, Systems Modeling Language (SysML), UAF (unified architecture framework) and/or digital models
