Tactical Networks Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Sev1Tech is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Tactical Networks Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, technical insights, and strategic direction in the field of Army Tactical Networks.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary authority on Army communications systems, technologies, and protocols. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in military communications and provide insights to enhance operational capabilities.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for military personnel on using and maintaining Army Tactical Network communications equipment. Ensure that training materials are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with Army standards.
• Consultation and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, military units, and government agencies to provide expert consultation on communications strategies, system integration, and interoperability. Offer recommendations to enhance overall communication effectiveness.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Army Tactical Network communications. Ensure compliance with military regulations and standards.

• Must have a SECRET level clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Army communication systems, including radio communications, satellite communications, and network systems.
• Strong understanding of military protocols, security requirements, and operational considerations.
• Proven experience in training military personnel on communications equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in Army Communications or related areas.
• Experience in providing subject matter expertise in a consulting or advisory capacity.
