Property Management Specialist, Senior

Sev1Tech is seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Property Management Specialist to lead our equipment management team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive management of our diverse equipment portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with programmatic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the equipment portfolio, aligning with the organization's overall objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on equipment acquisitions, retirements, and upgrades.
• Equipment Operations: Oversee day-to-day equipment operations, including maintenance, repairs, and utilization. Optimize equipment performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability while adhering to safety standards.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and ensure high-quality services. Manage relationships to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Stay abreast of DoD regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure equipment compliance.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the equipment management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Must have a SECRET level clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in equipment management, asset management, or a related senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of equipment management principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Professional certification in Equipment Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with advanced equipment management software and technologies.
• Experience managing diverse types of equipment, including communications hardware, vehicles, and specialized tools.
