Property Management Specialist, Journeyman

Sev1Tech is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist at the Journeyman level to join our team. As a Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of Government Furnished Equipment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of property condition and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Property Operations: Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations. Ensure that equipment is well-maintained and in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment maintenance and improvements. Understand current contracts and ensure that services meet quality and cost standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment-related activities. Generate regular reports on equipment performance, failure rates, and metrics.
• Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with federal regulations related to equipment management. Implement best practices to mitigate risk and maintain a high level of legal and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. Address stakeholder concerns, requests, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

• Must have a SECRET level clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 6 years employment experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in equipment management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional certification in Property Management.
• Familiarity with property management software.
