BPA Program Manager

Sev1Tech is looking for a BPA Program Manager who would have primary accountability for all Sev1Tech contract performance, serving as main point of contact for OIT leadership; aligns team solutions with OIT mission and business priorities and the OIT vision for ECIS; ensures proper allocation of Sev1Tech as well as teaming partner resources to meet commitments as well as unanticipated OIT priority needs across BPA Task Orders; makes sure roles and responsibilities for ECIS delivery teams are clearly documented and understood both by the teams and by OIT; assists senior OIT leadership in developing critical strategic artifacts and in responding to top priority ad hoc data calls; informs all staff of key CBP developments affecting ECIS; and reports progress and risks to OIT leadership as well as Sev1Tech corporate leadership.

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred; any subject area is acceptable
• At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience in federal IT contracting
• Not less than seven (7) years of experience managing IT contracts including those with Cloud migrations, establishment of new cloud services, provisioning, and integrations
• Demonstrated record leading IT modernization programs with measurable outcomes
• Ability to satisfy the shifting needs of senior customer leadership, including needs for data quickly
• Hands-on experience delivering large programs and multiple BPA tasks orders
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, working with customers at multiple levels as well as other contractor teams
• Experience leading federal customers through major changes
• Risk Management expertise
• Schedule Management expertise
• Communications Management expertise
• Experience delivering comprehensive, high quality Monthly Reports to multiple customers
• Experience supporting customer Governance processes
• Experience developing SELC/SDLC Artifacts
• DHS contract experience is a plus
• Knowledge of DHS CBP infrastructure and cloud environments is a plus, as is experience working with Application Development teams
• PMP certification
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust

• Knowledge of current and emerging XaaS offerings is desired
• DHS CBP contract experience
• ITIL Certification
