Program Manager

Sev1Tech is looking for a Program Manager to support NIWC LANT in support of CNIC IT Services. These services include end-to-end IT engineering, administration, and cyber security for the CNIC data centers, application hosting, Tier I/II/III support for hosted system, support center, enterprise information management, and application development.

NIWC Atlantic provides this technical, engineering, and programmatic support to CNIC in support of multiple projects and programs. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Physical Sciences, Zoology, Information Security, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business or equivalent.
• PMP certification
• Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of information assurance or computer network defense programs to include: Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
• Eight (8) years Program Management Experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
• Five (5) years as manager of technical Navy C4ISR programs. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Must have DOD Secret level clearance to start; U.S. Citizen required only for Federal Clearance Requirement

Candidate shall have demonstrated five years of experience in two or more of the following areas:

a. Documented background in Enterprise infrastructure system and operations management
b. Service catalog management and service level agreement
c. System Test and Evaluation, planning execution and management
d. Hardware and software ECP Evaluation
e. IA concepts and requirements development
f. Managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk
g. System and application requirements analysis, design, integration, development, application and testing
h. ILS planning and management
i. Technical development product milestone scheduling
