Executive Program Analyst

The Executive Program Analyst performs duties with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Technical program management to include budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, life-cycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development

• Coordination of defense acquisition programs at the higher Army and/or DoD levels

• Communication to include presentations and/or briefing to top level managers, SES, general officers

• Must have a TS/SCI clearance
• Must have a Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting or related degree
• A minimum of twenty (20) years experience managing government programs
• Experience with technical program management to include budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, life-cycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development
• Direct experience with coordination of defense acquisition programs at the higher Army and/or DoD levels
• Experience with verbal and written communication to include presentations and/or briefing to top level managers, SES, general officers or equivalent
