  • Develop, deliver, and maintain plans for Element Specialty Engineering Analyses in the Element Digital Model.
  • Coordinate and execute various engineering analyses, including survivability, E3 testing, MBITs, fault tree, finite element, sneak circuit, worst-case circuit, mechanical, and thermal stress analyses.
  • Record and maintain specialty engineering data, integrating Component BIT analyses.
  • Analyze parametric data to identify trends, degradation, and other design-related effects.
  • Perform reliability analyses on hardware, software, and firmware, delivering results in the RAMT database (CDRL A046).
  • Integrate and maintain Component developers' Monte Carlo reliability test data for Element verification on the IDDE.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eligible for US Government Clearance.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution.
  • 15 or more years of experience in electrical engineering analysis.
  1. Systems Engineering Expertise:

    • Proven experience in Systems Engineering, emphasizing planning, execution, and integration of engineering analyses.
  2. Specialty Engineering Knowledge:

    • Strong background in specialty engineering areas including survivability, E3 testing, MBITs, fault tree, finite element, and thermal stress analyses.
  3. Data Management Skills:

    • Proficiency in detailing processes for recording and managing specialty engineering data in digital models.
  4. Collaborative Approach:

    • Effective coordination and collaboration skills for executing diverse engineering analyses and integrating Component BIT analyses.
  5. Reliability Analysis Proficiency:

    • Demonstrated ability to perform reliability analyses on diverse hardware, software, and firmware, with a focus on identifying trends and degradation.
