Systems Integration Engineer III

Be a part of the only operationally deployed missile defense program capable of defending the entire US homeland. Use your Systems Engineering knowledge and experience to integrate, test, sustain and protect the safety of our families, neighbors, communities and nation.

• Integrate, operate, maintain, and sustain the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Integration Lab (GIL) as a Government-owned, Contractor-operated (GOCO) GMD Engineering Development and Early Integration Lab.
• Integrate, operate, maintain, and sustain the GMD Modeling and Simulation Lab (GMSL) as a GMD Engineering Development and Early Integration Lab facility
• Establish the GMSL at Boeing’s facility using a methodology to facilitate an efficient transition of the GMSL from Boeing’s facility to a Government facility.
• Integrate, maintain, and sustain Special Access Program capabilities within the GMSL.
• Integrate, operate, maintain, and sustain the GMSL for technical integration and interoperability with external GMD Element Labs (e.g., C2BMC, Sensors).

• MUST BE US CITIZEN FOR GOVERNMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT with an active Secret US Security clearance to start 
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
• 10 or more years of experience in Aerospace or Defense lab engineering analysis 
• Experience with Cameo or related tools
• Modeling and Simulation experience (MBSE)

• Experience systems engineering analysis activities

• Working in an Agile software development environment

• Experience with the Missile Defense Systems (MDS) domain

• Experience with small team leadership
