SR Field Support Representative

FSR will be responsible for fielding equipment and coaching/teaching/mentoring small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon and company levels of combat arms organizations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintains accurate, complete, and up to date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs, and other Site Branding as directed by the PM. 
• Collects and reports Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data for systems managed by the PM.  
• Provides Incident Reports with Defective Component Name and Serial Number (SN)/ National Stock Number (NSN)/or Part Number (PN) of PM Managed equipment. 
• Provide Unit Survey of PM managed systems. 
• Performs basic troubleshooting on all equipment on PM Soldier managed systems. 
• Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of relevant experience
• FSRs will require relevant experience in tactical operations at the small unit (team, squad, platoon, and company) level in one of the following Branches / Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer or Field Artillery to serve as Field Support Representatives (FSRs).
• Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of the Army s Capability Set software defined radios (PRC-154A or PRC -155 or PRC-117G) and associated Capability Set waveforms (SINCGARS or Soldier Radio Waveform)
• Working knowledge of Army mission command applications (Land Warrior or NW or Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below or Joint Capabilities Release or Joint Battle Command-Platform)
• Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and mentor, and desire to communicate, innovative ideas in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated strong oral communications skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Must possess a Valid US Passport with an active TS clearance

• 1+ years of PEO Soldier/US Army/DoD experience
• Special Forces or Ranger qualified
