Intermediate Property Book Specialist

The Intermediate Property Book Specialist will independently serve as Inventory Management Specialist and Item Manager focusing on demand planning by utilizing statistical program knowledge and skills and use of mathematical models in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)

• Provides support to include equipment management, inventory control, property control, warehousing, acquisition, quality control, receiving, shipping, assembly, packaging and transportation.
• Operates and updates computerized logistic and supply systems.
• Plans, coordinates and conducts equipment use projects.
• Develops project plans, outlines procedures and issues and identifies long and short term goals and objectives.
• Participates in/leads audit teams to conduct inspections of equipment and operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conducts research, gathers data, analyzes and assists in interpreting data and reports.
• Coordinates issues pertaining to compliance and corrective actions.
• Participates in meetings regarding supply concerns related to the assigned projects and serves as a liaison with other Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs) on matters related to the use of functions.

• Must have a Secret Clearance
• Must have a Associates degree or completed a 2-year Technical School in Business or related field.
• A minimum of five years related experience or five years related military experience.
