Senior Training Developer

The Senior Training Developer shall lead a team performing a wide range of complex missions and must have the ability to train students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the particular radio system to the lowest-replaceable units.

• Provides guidance and assistance to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
• Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality and accuracy of work.
• Develop and/or revise materials for training courses and conduct training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives and achieve a high standard during all training.
• Possess the skills and knowledge to understand instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design, production, policies and procedures which lead to qualification as an instructor. 
• Ability to interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
• Be able to inform students of the complete objective purpose of the lesson while maintaining motivation and interest throughout the entire classroom instruction.
• Designs, conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies, related to training and behavioral studies.
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. 

• Must have a Secret Clearance
• Must have a Master's degree in Business or related technical discipline.
• A minimum of six years related experience
