Overview/ Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs. Must be experienced to assess training requirements, identify and evaluate training alternatives, data collect software, and develop and maintain the required hardware and software instructor-led training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training in accordance with the TRADOC 350-70 requirements. Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material.

 

  • Develops and presents various types of training (NET, Delta, refresher, over-the-shoulder)
  • Functions as Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Training Subject Matter Expert, training material developer and trainer.
  • May travel up to 50% of the time annually. Travel may include hostile fire zones.
  • Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
  • Serves as a DCGS-A NET or Training Support event Mission Lead, when assigned.
  • Provides presentations and briefings to senior leaders as required.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess an Active TS SCI level clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design.
  • 10 years total and 7 years specific DCGS-A experience (10 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education for a total of 20 years of experience)
  • Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.

Desired Qualifications

Prior military experience is a plus, as is prior course and curriculum development experience.
